订单处理

所有订单将在我们收到后1-2天内发出。订单不会在周末寄出或者送达，除非有特别要求或选择了紧急运输选项。如果订单量突增，处理时间会相应延长1-2日。运输时长3-5日不等，请耐心等待。如有延期未收到包裹，请与我们联系。

运输单号

您将会在我们将包裹寄出后收到邮件告知您的运输单号。运输单号一般在24小时内可以到网上查询。 

破损

如果您收到的产品有破损，请保留所有包装和产品，并尽快与我们联系。请将附有损坏产品的照片发到客服邮箱，我们会尽快回复。

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless an expedited shipping option was selected. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. And contact us as soon as possible at: info@rainnest.com with the proofs (pictures) of damages. We will assist you in a timing manner.
