退换货物

为确保您的满意，我们提供 30 天无忧退货政策。在 30 天内，任何未开封的物品都可以退货或换货。

针对三款燕窝，即使包装已打开，未食用的部分也可以退回。在 30 天内，任何未食用的燕窝都可以按剩余的重量退回。

要退回您的产品前，请发送电子邮件至 info@rainnest.com，并附上您希望退回的物品清单。在退回任何产品之前，需要通过客户服务提出退货请求。除非产品损坏或质量有缺陷，否则客户负责退货运费。

请使用可追踪的运输服务进行退货。如果没有跟踪号，我们无法保证收到退回的物品。

 

退款

收到并检查退回的产品后，我们将发送电子邮件通知您已收到退货以及退款详情。退款将在 48 小时内处理，并会在 7-14 天内自动把相应的退款额度计入您的原始付款方式，时间长短具体取决于银行。

 

延迟或丢失退款（如适用）

如果您还没有收到退款，请先再次检查您的银行帐户。

然后联系您的信用卡公司，您的退款可能需要一些时间才能显示。

接下来，联系您的银行。在退款之前通常有一些处理时间。

如果您已完成所有这些操作，但仍未收到退款，请通过 info@rainnest.com 与我们联系。

 

礼物

如果该商品在购买并直接运送给您时被标记为礼物，您将收到相当于退货价值的礼品积分。收到退回的物品后，礼券将会以email的方式发送给您。

 

Returns

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer 30-day worry-free return policy. Within 30 days, any unopened items can be returned or exchanged.

 

 

Edible bird's nest can be returned even if the package is open. Within 30 days, any unused bird's nest can be returned for the portion accordingly.

To return your product, please email us at: info@rainnest.com, with a list of items you wish to return. A return request through customer service is required before returning any product. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or the quality is deficient. 

Please always use a trackable shipping service for the return. We can not guarantee the receipt of the returned items without a tracking number.

 

Refunds
Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you the receipt of your returns with the details for refund. The refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days depending on the bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
