Fish maw Pudding with bird's nest

  • 用姜片柠檬泡发花胶两三天,切成小粒,与去核红枣枸杞一起放进炖盅,再放入几块黑糖(看鱼胶的量)。
  • Soak the fish maw with ginger slices and lemon for two or three days, cut it into small pieces, put it into the stew pot together with some pitted red dates and wolfberries, and then add a few pieces of brown sugar (depending on the amount of fish maw).

  • 加牛奶和泡发好的燕窝,用炖盅自带的燕窝功能,炖1.5小时或者隔水蒸45分钟。(可以将鱼胶滤出口感更好,也可以不用)
  • Add milk and soaked bird's nest, use the bird's nest function that comes with the stew pot, and simmer for 1.5 hours or steam for 45 minutes. (Fish maw pieces can be filtered out for a better taste.)

  • 放冰箱冷藏4小时后拿出来就成冻了。
  • Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more. Fish maw pudding is ready to serve
