- 燕窝凉水泡发4小时以上撕开成条,可以轻搓一下,燕丝更散就更易清洗,挑毛清洗后加水刚好没过燕窝,隔水清炖25分钟(不加糖)
- Soak a few bird's nest in purified water for 4 hours or longer and pull them apart. You can rub it lightly. The more loose the strips are, the easier to rinse out the impurities. After cleaning, add water just enough to cover the bird's nest. Steam for 20-25 minutes (without sugar)
- 石峰糖稍压碎放置杯底,多少随意,多一些黄色更明显
- Crush some honeycomb sugar and place them at the bottom of the cup. The yellow color will be more obvious if more sugar are used.
- 等燕窝降至温热,倒入石峰糖中,稍待石蜂糖化开
- Wait until the bird's nest cools down. Pour it into the crushed honeycomb sugar, which will quick dissolve.
- 再加入7,8粒黑枸杞,静待星空盛开 (泡发和炖煮我均用家用小型净水器Water filter pitcher,亦可用瓶装矿泉水或纯净水)

Add a pinch of wolfberries on top and wait for the starry sky to spread. (Both purified and mineral water be used for soaking and cooking.)
